RINGER has been supporting the vital work of the team since 2023, providing swift and compassionate assistance to people in acute emergency situations. Whether following serious road accidents, sudden deaths or other tragic events, the crisis intervention team provides psychosocial first aid directly at the scene and supports relatives, friends or colleagues during the initial, particularly distressing moments.
The Red Cross also emphasises the importance of such partnerships. District Manager Gerald Schuster explains: “Reliable partners are what make our work possible in the first place. Together, we lay the foundations that enable us to be there for everyone who needs help.”
By extending the partnership, RINGER reaffirms its long-term commitment to the region and to people who rely on rapid support in times of need.
