RINGER celebrates 80 years:
Two days of festivities and action.
On 24 and 25 May 2024, RINGER celebrated its 80th anniversary with a spectacular two-day event. What once began as a small toolsmith's workshop in Vöcklabruck is now an international family business with over 300 employees.
On Friday, 650 national and international customers and business partners celebrated the anniversary. High-ranking personalities such as Deputy Governor Dr Manfred Haimbuchner and Construction Guild Master Norbert Hartl offered their congratulations. WKO Upper Austria Vice President Angelika Sery-Froschauer and Fritz Danner, Guild Master of the Upper Austrian metal technology sector, presented the Chamber of Commerce with honour awards.
Insights into modern production technologies
On the second day, RINGER opened its doors to around 1,500 visitors who wanted to experience the company and its state-of-the-art production processes up close. Among the guests was MEP Angelika Winzig, who also offered her congratulations. Factory tours through the production halls and warehouses offered insights into advanced technologies such as welding robots and a state-of-the-art tube laser system.
Entertainment for the whole family
The anniversary celebration was not only a showcase for technology, but also a celebration for the whole family. A special children's entertainment programme delighted the youngest visitors, while a spectacular motocross show kept the audience enthralled with daredevil stunts.
Musical highlights were provided by bands such as the Skydogs, Elvis impersonator J.J. King and RockaRella, who created a great atmosphere and made the event an unforgettable experience.
The well-known cabaret artist Omar Sarsam provided the best entertainment at the highest level on Friday with his humorous programme.
Tradition and innovation as a recipe for success
RINGER's success story is based on a successful combination of tradition and innovation. Close co-operation and open communication form the foundation of the company, which has also established itself in international markets in Europe and overseas. The celebrations impressively emphasised that tradition and progress can go hand in hand and that RINGER is ideally equipped for the future.
RINGER sent a special signal of its solidarity with the region by donating the total proceeds from the event to the Regau Volunteer Fire Brigade and the Regau Lebenshilfe organisation.
