Flex slab formwork Props Lowering head H20 H20 beam 3S formwork panel
In summer 2023, the shell of a multi-storey, modern residential complex was completed in Amundsenstrasse in Vienna. A key component of the project is the extensive underground garage, which will provide residents with sufficient parking space in the future.
Maximum flexibility for slab formwork
The challenge of the angled layout of the underground parking garage was masterfully overcome by the contractor Priewasser Bau by using the highly flexible Flex slab formwork. Thanks to the ability to flexibly position H20 beams and props and precisely adjust the formwork panels, it was possible to achieve exact coordination with the complex structural requirements. The RINGER three-layer formwork panel is also perfect for exposed concrete thanks to the high quality of the spruce wood.
This formwork solution also provided the necessary robustness to withstand the considerable loads caused by the heavy weight of the massive ceiling construction. For the structurally required bearers, cross beams were placed precisely at the required angles to the yoke beams. Guardrail clamps were then used to form the bearers.
20 kN floor props with a maximum extension length of 250 cm, RINGER Fork Heads H20 and RINGER Lowering Heads H20 were used to stabilize the formwork beams.
