With the construction of the ‘Pebios’ health centre in Perg, a modern centre for medical care and age-appropriate living is being created. GPs, specialists and therapists will offer their services on a built-up area of 1,450 m². The construction project, which comprises five storeys including an underground car park, is being realised by Krückl Baugesellschaft m.b.H. & Co KG on behalf of the client The Garden LLW GmbH.
AL2000 used as slab formwork in underground car park
AL2000 wall formwork was used as slab formwork for the 2,000 m² underground car park in the basement. The system impressed with its ability to realise even high slab thicknesses of up to 50 cm without additional support. The individual AL2000 elements were fed into the underground car park via a ramp. The main elements with dimensions of 270 x 90 cm were used here in particular, as their size optimally met the requirements for the slab formwork. The AL2000 system also demonstrated its versatility in the exterior area and was used for the formwork of the parapets.
Perfect combination - AluDEK and AL2000 for slab formwork
The combination of the two manual formwork systems AluDEK and AL2000 was the perfect solution for the slabs of the ground floor and the three upper floors. In order to realise larger concreting sections, the existing AL2000 elements were specifically supplemented with additional AluDEK modules. Both systems are compatible and enabled the slab to be formed quickly and flexibly. With a slab height of between 2.85 and 4 metres and a slab thickness of 25 cm, both formwork systems were able to demonstrate their strengths. Fitting areas on columns and wall connections were easily levelled out with AluDEK support rails and formwork panels. RINGER floor props provided secure support for the slab formwork.
Wall and column formwork with Master PRO
All the external and internal walls of the building, including the underground car park, were formed using the Master PRO steel-framed formwork, which can be operated from one side and ensures an exact concrete surface with its Alkus all-plastic facing. The formwork was supported with RINGER push-pull props. The rectangular and square columns in the building were also easily constructed using Master PRO panels.
Safe working conditions thanks to 3S platform
The 3S platform from RINGER served as a flexible climbing scaffolding, fall protection and platform for erecting the external formwork. For the larger window clearances, 3S offset bracket extensions were required.
