DEKplus Slab Table

In Pförring, Germany, Mayer Hochbau GmbH constructed a new, large-scale production hall. The construction project created modern storage and work areas for a car body manufacturing company and was realised using efficient formwork technology from the RINGER rental park.

Fast formwork times thanks to DEKplus slab table

For the construction of the reinforced concrete ceiling, the construction team relied on the large-area and time-saving DEKplus ceiling tables from RINGER. With a formwork area of up to 12.15 m², they enable rapid construction progress and are ideal for wide-span hall constructions. Systematically laid in just a few simple steps, formwork time is reduced to a minimum.

Special highlight: efficient material flow

Up to five DEKplus formwork tables could be moved simultaneously directly from the truck using a crane hook, a clear advantage in terms of speed and site logistics. The floor props were then pre-assembled on the DEKplus slab tables and lifted as a unit by crane to their place of use. The props can be positioned flexibly on the table, allowing optimum adaptation to different conditions.

Thanks to the extra-slim crane hook, the elements could be positioned very close to walls and edges, which made installation even easier. The DEKplus ceiling table provided an efficient solution that really comes into its strenths with large ceilings.
