Efficient formwork up to the top floor

In Neusiedl am See, Swietelsky AG is realizing a large-scale residential construction project with a total of 108 residential units on behalf of Erste Burgenländische Gemeinnützige Siedlungsgenossenschaft (EBSG). The complex comprises a semi-detached house, 52 maisonette apartments, and 55 classic apartments, designed with a focus on contemporary architecture, high-quality fittings, and sustainable comfort. A large underground car park completes the project.

During the shell construction work, high-performance RINGER formwork systems ensured consistent efficiency and quality from the underground car park to the last section of ceiling.

No time to lose: Master PRO delivers top results

For the wall formwork, the project team relied on the robust Master PRO steel frame formwork. Around 470 m² of formwork elements were used, some of which were pre-assembled into composite elements and moved by crane.

This approach saved valuable time and minimized personnel requirements. The durable alkus® all-plastic formwork skin ensured a high-quality concrete finish.

AluDEK impresses with complex ceiling jumps

In the approximately 2,500 m² underground car park, the ceiling construction demanded a lot from the construction team: numerous ceiling jumps and varying heights required precise planning in advance. This is exactly where the AluDEK modular ceiling formwork was able to show its full strength. The lightweight and handy design of the elements enabled fast, clean, and continuous formwork work despite the challenging conditions.

The entire ceiling area was formed in one go and concreted in two stages. This meant that the approximately 2,000 m² formwork area was fully utilized and the construction process was noticeably accelerated. Flex slab formwork was used for special areas with increased adaptation requirements. It offered maximum flexibility for complex floor plans and complemented AluDEK where individual solutions were required.

Safety at all levels:

RINGER concreting platforms ensured reliable working conditions during concreting, especially in high or difficult-to-access areas. The safety concept was supplemented by Guardrail Clamps and 3S Platforms, which created safe working zones at ceiling and wall ends.

The supports and columns planned for the project were implemented using RINGER's practical PAX column formwork. The system can be quickly put into position without time-consuming pre-assembly and delivers high-quality exposed concrete results.
