A versatile new agricultural building was recently constructed in Lambach, Upper Austria. A modern machine hall, a workshop and a grain store were built on an area of 1,545 m², with sufficient space for the agricultural business. The construction company Bögl Bau GmbH was commissioned to erect the concrete walls with external dimensions of 51.5 x 30 meters.
Robust steel frame formwork
The walls of the hall were formed with the Master PRO steel frame formwork from RINGER, which can be operated from one side. Elements 3 m high in various widths were used. In order to speed up the construction process, panel assemblies were formed from four formwork panels each and moved further after each concreting process.
With a maximum concrete pressure of 80 kN/m², the Master PRO formwork ensures efficient and high-performance concrete placement. The orderly joint pattern and the symmetrical tie pattern also ensure outstanding exposed concrete quality. The formwork elements were precisely aligned using RINGER push-pull props.
RINGER Double Railing Scaffolding was used to secure the work and Concreting Platform L was used for the concreting work.
