MIPA SE, one of the world's leading manufacturers in the paint and coatings industry, is building a new office building with a canteen and underground parking garage at its headquarters in Essenbach (Landshut, DE). The construction includes an underground parking garage with a total area of 1,000 m², distributed under the office wing with 720 m² and the canteen area with 280 m².
The construction company commissioned with the project, Baugeschäft Paul Meister e.K., relied on the advantages of RINGER's flexible and economical formwork for the realization of this construction project.

Wall formwork with high-performance steel frame formwork
For the construction of the walls in the underground parking garage, Paul Meister relied on the high-performance Steel Masterwall formwork system. Strong, flexible and robust, this steel frame formwork offers the perfect solution for large-area formwork with a concrete pressure of up to 80 kN/m². In combination with RINGER push and pull props and the concreting platform, fast, safe and precise execution was guaranteed.
Concreted beams with AluDEK and AL2000
Due to structural requirements, beams were concreted in advance in the area of special slab gaps. The AluDEKslab formwork served as the basis. The AL2000 was then placed on top as wall formwork and connected with tie rods. This combination ensured stable and resilient formwork for the beams.

The AluDEK slab formwork system was used in the underground parking garage of the office building. With a slab thickness of 35 cm and slab heights of up to 320 cm, AluDEK made it possible to efficiently form the 720 m² underground garage section beneath the office building. The lightweight AluDEK elements also proved their worth when used in combination with additional shoring for challenging slab gaps. This solution provided the necessary stability and precision to form even complex areas quickly and reliably.
FLEX slab formwork for the staircase
RINGER FLEX slab formwork was used in the stairwell of the new office building, which was the perfect solution in this area due to its high flexibility and easy handling. The adaptable formwork elements enabled rapid completion even in complex areas.
Thanks to the high-quality RINGER formwork solutions and excellent construction coordination, the construction of the new MIPA SE office building is progressing according to plan.
