Master PRO Alu Master AluDEK Flex Slab Formwork Concreting Platform Climbing Platform
A modern townhouse is being built on the former Müller site on Wiener Straße, combining living and local amenities in a compact and modern way. An attractive inner-city project is being realized, comprising an underground car park, a large retail area on the ground floor, and a total of 37 rental and owner-occupied apartments on the upper floors.
As the executing construction company, Held & Francke consistently relied on the comprehensive RINGER product range for the new building.
AluDEK:
Speed, flexibility, short formwork times
The AluDEK system was used for the approximately 1,300 m² ceiling areas. The lightweight, modular design allowed for quick adaptation to room heights and fitting areas, which was an advantage given the varying requirements of the underground car park, retail space, and residential buildings. With a formwork element area of around 780 m² and fast assembly and disassembly times, construction progress was effectively accelerated.
Flex Slab Formwork was also used, particularly for the beams, whose varying widths and heights required a precise and flexible formwork solution. The lightweight Alu Master System was additionally used for the slab edge formwork. Thanks to its low weight and quick assembly, it was ideal for forming the edge areas.
Master PRO:
Fast, stable, precise
The powerful Master PRO wall formwork system was used to construct the exterior and interior walls. With a formwork element area of around 300 m², the wall panels, which were up to 3.52 m high, could be constructed efficiently in a single cycle. The necessary supports were also formed using Master PRO elements. The simple and efficient handling of this powerful formwork system also led to a noticeable reduction in construction time here.
In addition, Push and Pull Props and Concreting Platforms were used, ensuring both the precise alignment of the formwork and a safe working process.
Climbing platform:
Quick assembly, maximum safety
Held & Francke used RINGER Climbing Platforms to ensure safe working at higher wall levels. The pre-assembled unit can be easily hooked in by crane, is designed for standard anchor cones, and has an automatic excavation safety device. The result: quick assembly and disassembly and maximum work safety on a narrow inner-city construction site.
