Robust and lightweight
The new AL Plus combines low weight with high stability and load-bearing capacity. The newly developed aluminium frame profile ensures a robust, durable design while making handling on the construction site easier. An integrated protective lip protects the formwork facing from damage.

Wide range of panel sizes
With three panel heights of 3.00 m, 2.70 m and 1.50 m and eight panel widths ranging from 25 to 90 cm, this aluminium formwork system offers maximum flexibility for a wide variety of formwork applications.
All panel widths are available in every height and can be freely combined vertically and horizontally thanks to the consistent panel grid system.
Easier panel connections
The lightweight AL Plus panel connector enables quick, tool-free installation with just one hand. It securely connects vertically and horizontally positioned formwork panels as well as inside and outside corners. The connector clicks into place with a precise fit, ensuring a secure connection.
- Low-noise installation: Made from glass-fibre-reinforced high-performance polymer

Aluminium corner solutions
The AL Plus offers matching corners made of aluminium. The internal corners also feature an integrated formwork facing.
All corner elements can be quickly and easily connected using the AL Plus panel connector, ensuring a secure connection. This simplifies handling and enables fast, precise formwork assembly in corner areas.
100% compatible
The AL Plus is fully compatible with its predecessor, the AL2000, and the ST2000 steel formwork system. Thanks to identical tie hole positions, existing System 2000 panels can continue to be used and seamlessly combined with AL Plus panels.
All accessories, including clamps, connectors, brackets and working platforms, are also 100% compatible. This allows existing system components to be reused and formwork inventories to be expanded cost-effectively. It reduces the need for additional materials and the associated investment costs.
Furthermore, the AL Plus is compatible with the AluDEK system and can also be used as a standalone slab formwork system.

Whether for foundations, swimming pools, interior applications, single-family homes or commercial buildings, the AL Plus stands out for its versatility. The wide range of panel sizes and their flexible combination options make it suitable for a variety of construction projects.
Applications range from small renovation projects in confined spaces to large-scale formwork operations in commercial construction. Thanks to their low weight, the panels can be easily assembled and repositioned by hand. When required, individual panels or entire panel assemblies can also be lifted and repositioned by crane.
