The cost-effective formwork solution for varying radii
The H20 circular formwork system is a cost-effective and quick solution for circular walls with varying radii.
The inner and outer formwork elements, which are installed at the start of the assembly process, can be easily adjusted to the desired radius using the clamping devices. This means that no separate formwork set is required for different circular walls.
If the wall thickness or radius of the curved wall changes, the dimensions and position of the wooden levelling strips are adjusted accordingly. This allows the inner and outer formwork to be aligned precisely. There is no need for additional anchor holes in the formwork face, resulting in a uniform concrete finish.
H20 Beam Bracket
The H20 beam bracket stabilises two adjacent H20 beams. The tensioning devices and steel connecting profiles are attached to it. Furthermore, the H20 beam bracket connects the H20 beams to the tensioning devices and is used to accommodate the eye bolts, push and pull props and steel connecting profiles.
